This device connects to the speaker output of your car's head unit or amplifier. Once it detects that there is audio playing it triggers a relay so you can trigger other audio components, including an amplifier or CD stacker.  It features a 2-3 second delay to help avoid any turn-on pop in aftermarket amplifiers.
