Duinotech Learn to Solder Kit - Build a 3D Traffic Light

This kit uses a 4017 integrated circuit (IC), making the traffic lights flash just like real traffic lights. You can also adjust the delay between lights. Kit includes circuit board, 9 x LEDs, resistors, trimpot, transistors, capacitors, diodes, 4017 IC with IC socket, on/off switch, and a 9V battery holder with mounting hardware. 9V battery required (sold separately).

Incorrect :
Positive pin of the Capacitor is on the same side as D13 Diode.
Correct: 
The Positive pin of the Capacitor is away from D13 Diode.
