Dual N-Channel 30V MOSFET

This handy dual N-channel Mosfet can be used in many projects such as DC-DC conversion and switching circuits. They have extremely low on-resistance (rDS (on) 0.016? @ VGS = 4.5V) and fast switching/low capacitance. They are very useful as analogue switches as well as the traditional uses for Mosfets eg, relay driving, LED driving, etc.
